I’m getting ready for a fantastic 2013 senior year, and already loving my senior models I have lined up! They are all so excited!! In preparation I have some cool new equipment ordered, and quite a few new backdrops coming in that they’ll be the first ones to try out! How fun! I had a quick mini session with Taylor from Carthage and Samantha from Thomas Jefferson in Joplin, and we did a fun vintage shoot! Here’s a few from that session! Enjoy!

Phil and Debby are such an amazing couple! Over the past few months, I’ve got to know them better and they are truly fun to hang out with! I can’t wait for their wedding! They have a couple great venues lined up for their wedding day! We had a wonderful sunset last night for their engagement session, and used the sun right up until it was gone!

I had such a fun time yesterday with Jordan and her mom Tammi! We had an absolutely wonderful day with the sunshine! Jordan brought some super cute clothes, and totally rocked the camera! A complete natural! Once we got back to the studio, we tried something a little new with some water! Check out the final image from that below! Amazing Jordan!

I had such a fun session yesterday with Shelbi from Diamond! Got to spend a few hours with Shelbi and her mom, laughing, having a great time and creating some amazing images! Shelbi really loves to create tie-dye art, and brought in one of her own pieces of art to incorporate into some of her images!

It’s tough sometimes finding great weather in heart of the winter season, but when Kylee came in, you couldn’t have asked for better weather! We had such a beautiful afternoon! Kylee was amazing to work with! She brought some fantastic outfits that matched her fun and outgoing personality! I loved this session!

I have a fun session last week with Kevin and Jennifer and their handsome young boys Lucas and Logan! We had a great fall day, leaves everywhere! Jennifer made sure all the boys were dressed perfectly! Solid colors and coordinated! Makes for that perfect family portrait! Here’s a few from their session! I just found out today that SPA (Whom I’m a member of) is going to include a 16th winner to go to Palm Springs for the annual SPA event! How exciting! The 16th winner will be a people’s choice by how many “like’s” the models get! I have three AWESOME entries and would love your vote for them, and I’m sure they would as well!! But, you cannot vote until Monday!!! The voting is from Monday the 22nd to Friday the 29th!
This is the email I received from SPA today!
“We’re adding a 16th winner!
With so many incredible entries (over 400), our job as judges was nearly impossible. Though we were only able to choose 15 winners, we could have chosen any number of your incredible entries. In this light we’ve decided for the first time ever to add a 16th winner via a People’s Choice vote.
Here are the details on how this will work. Please read carefully!
1. All 400+ entries are eligible to win this 16th spot (minus the already selected 15 winners).
2. The 16th winner will be chosen from the spa Models Facebook page – specifically from the 3 albums that contain each and every entry.
3. In these albums, the model entry with the most ‘Likes’ on their comp card will win.
4. Only votes cast between Monday, November 22nd and Monday, November 29th will be counted.
5. Votes cast (liked) on any comp card other than those in the 3 “entries” albums (see below) will not count.
All 400 model entries have been placed in these three albums on the spa Models page. Models are ordered by studio alphabetically.

I had a fun afternoon session this past week with Kaylee, Braden, Tres, and Cowboy! Well, Cowboy was the dog, but, he was definitely going to be part of the session! LOL!
