London came in for her three month shoot in December. My how she had grown in just three short months! Such a cutie and some great smiles!

I was really excited when Brandi contacted me about shooting her family portrait! We tried in November, but the weather just didn’t work out, so, we rescheduled after Christmas and had a wonderful morning to shoot! I worked with Brandi many years ago as a bank teller and became great friends over that time. It was wonderful to see how everyone was doing, and their two handsome boys! My how time flies!

I shot this wonderful family in the fall outdoors and then a few weeks ago they came back in for a more traditional shoot in the studio. Such a wonderful family and two adorable kids!

Lyndi, Whit and I got together for another senior shoot a while back, and ended up with some pretty cool images for their senior portfolio! It was crazy windy that day! But, we worked through it! It was a wonderful evening, nice sunset for the afternoon shoot…

Today I signed up for the world’s longest non-stop river race…340 miles. From Kansas City to St. Charles along the Missouri river! I think this is their fourth year, and the last couple years I kept thinking this is something I need to do… I signed up as a soloist and will float it in my kayak, but, if I find a partner, we’ll canoe it. I’ll for sure keep you posted…and oh yea, might take a couple pictures along the way!

I’m also looking into going on a missions trip with my church. They are going to Honduras this summer, and if all works out financially and with my vacation time, I’ll be going on that as well. I’ll be certain to document the trip with pictures and create a video for you all to view!

Jared came in for his senior pictures on a nice fall afternoon. He is a senior at Webb City.

One of the props that he brought was a drum cover when the band played in the Rose Bowl. Having been in band myself, I can say that that would’ve been an awesome to experience! Congratulations Jared!
