A couple weeks ago I made a trip to Carl Junction to shoot Alec. We did some shots around the stadium, around the downtown area, and then over to the Briar Brook Country Club golf course. We were racing against a huge storm that came that night! I think the tornado alarms went off later that evening! You can see the clouds in the image of him on the golf course! I had a great time with Alec! He’s a Cardinals fan! How can you go wrong with that??
Here’s a few from his shoot.

Zayre came in last week for his senior pictures. It was a wonderful sunny afternoon! Right before the snow storm!!!
I had a blast with Zayre! Great easy going young man, who had some crazy cool moves with the basketball! We set-up a quick shoot on an old playground in his basketball uniform which was a lot of fun. We also hit a few locations outside of town, and a couple new spots I’d scoped out.
Here’s a few thus far! Enjoy!

Winter is slowly loosening her grip on us and letting the sunshine in! Thank goodness!! I’m about ready for some warmer days! With this change in season, I’ve been able to shoot more outdoors! Caleb came in last week for his senior pictures. We did an outdoor session, and worked in some shots at the baseball field, fire station, and other spots around town. We had a nice overcast day which was perfect! AND someone from the Carthage Parks and Recreation was mowing the baseball field, which was extremely convenient!! We were able to slide in and do a few shots there on the field and in the dugout! Caleb was a pleasure to hang out with for an afternoon and we created some great images!
Here’s a few sneak peeks!

Finally we catch a nice break in the weather! It wasn’t cold, raining, or snowing!
Taylor came in for her senior pictures this past week, and we had an absolute blast! I had scoped out a new location which ended up producing some beautiful backdrops for her senior pictures. I was feeling pretty artistic this particular night, and I think it showed with the final images! Of course, how could I go wrong with Taylor! Simply beautiful!!
Here’s just a few peeks!

Matt and his family came last week for a quick family shoot before we went on to do Matt’s indoor/outdoor shoot. The Robinson family was color coordinated with their clothes, which really helps to finish off a great and timeless family portrait!!
After that, we took off to shoot his outdoor session. It was a nice day, a little chilly, but still, a great day for senior pictures. Matt plays soccer, so, we headed out to the soccer fields for some shots out there. Matt, I just want to say THANK YOU for having an accurate kick! I have video of Matt kicking a soccer ball over my head by about three inches! I was laying down on the ground with my fisheye lense getting a cool angle on the shot. I’ll see if I can get some of that video posted!
Here’s a few from the day!

Bobby! What more can I say! This guy was a treat to hang out with for an afternoon! We talked quite a bit about our faith in God. He’s got some great plans for the future, and I’m super excited for him!
It was a little cold the afternoon of his shoot, but, we caught a day with some sunshine, so, that was bonus!
Best of luck on the golf course this year and finishing up your senior year!

Dillon came for his senior shoot about a week or so ago. He came with his sister Taylor and we did some fun shots with both of them and their Labrador named Reagan! That was pretty fun! Reagan REALLY wanted to get in the water we were near, and in no time, she got her way! After that, Dillon and I took off to finish his senior pictures. We found a couple new cool locations! I always love new locations!
Here’s a few from his session!

My baby girl arrived on February 23rd, a couple weeks early! She was ready to hang out and be rocked in Daddy’s arms! Nicole, Luke and I are so excited for this little bundle of joy to come into our lives! She’s precious! I call her my little garden cherub… LOL! That’s what she looks like! Cute as can be! Luke has been the best big brother, and is REALLY proud of her! Thanks Luke for being so awesome! And Nicole is doing great and has fallen right into the roll of being a mom! I love you Nicole!
I’m SUPER excited about this nice weather we’ve been having the past couple days, and hope and pray that spring is finally around the corner!
Here’s a few images from a quick family shoot we did the other night. Used a tripod and a timer, and also turned over the camera to my wife for the shot of Aubrey and I! She’s not too bad behind the camera!
